How Contract-to-Hire works with us
Interviews show how someone talks about work. A few months on the job shows how they actually do it. Contract-to-hire lets you bring a developer, tester or cloud engineer onto your team on a contract basis, see their output, collaboration and fit firsthand, and then make a permanent offer when you are confident.
During the contract period the professional is on our payroll and we manage employment, compliance and administration. When you decide to convert, a one-time conversion fee, calculated as a pre-agreed percentage of the annual CTC, applies. The terms are written into the agreement on day one, so there are no surprises at the decision point.

Why teams choose this model
Lower hiring risk: decide based on real output, not a single interview loop
Productive capacity from week one while you evaluate
Conversion fee agreed in writing before the engagement starts
Payroll and compliance covered during the contract period
Candidates know conversion is on the table, which supports commitment
Pick contract-to-hire when you expect to hire permanently but want proof first. If you are already certain, permanent placement is usually more cost-effective.
