Some work needs more than one contractor but less than an outsourced fixed-price project: a data migration, a test automation buildout, an ERP rollout support team or a product launch. Project-based staffing assembles a team with the right mix of skills, plus a coordinator, for the duration of that work.
We staff the team against your milestones, handle all employment and administration, and keep the team aligned through a named coordinator who reports progress, utilization and risks. You keep control over priorities and acceptance. When milestones are met, the team ramps down on an agreed plan, with knowledge transfer included.
